CESBC 2025 Annual General Meeting 

Thursday, December 4, 2025  ­ Time: 5pm - 6pm


The Executive of the Canadian Evaluation Society BC  is pleased to announce that our 2025 AGM will be held online. 

-> If you have recently joined (or renewed with) CES please email details to bc@evaluationcanada.ca (as CES National updates are periodic).
-> NOTE: Members must be in good standing for at least 30 days to vote or stand for election. Ensure your membership is current by November 4, 2025.

Nominations are open for the following positions (2026 Council Year commences at the AGM):

1. Council Executive Positions

  • Vice-President [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
  • Secretary [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
  • National Council Representative [2026, 2027 & 2028 – three year term]
  • Member at Large – Professional Development & Communication [2026 – interim one year term]
  • Member at Large – Membership Secretary [2026 & 2027 – two year term] (with plans to repurpose this role to Professional Development & Communication, subject to bylaw amendment approval)
  • Member at Large – Conference Lead [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
  • Member at Large – Conference Support [2026 – one year interim term]

2. Coordinator Positions

In addition, there are opportunities for the following appointed positions which can be shared roles:

  • Lower Mainland Coordinator - 2 positions available (suited to CESBC members who live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia).
  • Northern Regional Coordinator - 1 position available, currently one coordinator in the role (suited to CESBC members who live in northern British Columbia).
