CESBC 2023 Annual General Meeting ­Invitation

The Executive of the Canadian Evaluation Society BC  is pleased to announce that our 2023 AGM will be held in Vancouver.

*Please register even if you are attending the conference first as space is limited

**If you join (or renew with) CES after October 1, 2023 please email details to cesbc.louise.mason@gmail.com prior to the AGM in order to be able to vote (as we only get monthly updates from CES National)

There is no charge to attend this meeting but please register by October 10 for food and drink tickets. Seating is limited. Please cancel your registration if you will be unable to attend.

Nominations are open for the following positions (2023 Council Year commences at the AGM):

1. Council Executive Positions

  • Vice-President [2024 & 2025 – two year term]
  • Secretary [2024 & 2025 – two year term]
  • Member at Large – Conference Lead [2024 & 2025 – two year term]
  • Member at Large – Conference Support [2024 & 2025 – two year term]
  • Member at Large – Membership Secretary [2024 & 2025 – two year term]
  • Member at Large – Professional Development & Communication [2024 & 2025 – two year term]

2. Coordinator Positions
In addition, the following appointed positions are available and can be shared roles:

  • Student & Emerging Evaluators Coordinator(s) – Two Coordinator positions available
  • BC Interior/Okanagan Coordinator(s) – Two Coordinator positions available
  • Lower Mainland Co-Coordinator(s) – Second Coordinator position available (suited to CESBC members who live in or near the Lower Mainland)
  • Vancouver Island Co-Coordinator(s) – Second Coordinator position available (suited to CESBC members who live in or near Victoria)
  • Northern Regional Coordinator(s) (suited to CESBC members who live in northern British Columbia) – One to two Coordinator positions available.
