This month we’re going to discuss the power and pitfalls of teaming up with other consultants.

Have you encountered an evaluation project where the scale and complexity of the assignment required you / your firm to team up with another consultant / firm to effectively manage and complete the work?

How did you maximize the potential benefits of collaborating with others outside your established team (e.g., accessing specialized expertise, increased problem-solving capacity)?

How did you mitigate the potential challenges (e.g., never-ending meetings, ensuring an adequate distribution of work and reward)?

If you’ve had experience in both the lead contractor and the subcontractor roles, how different was the experience?
