Webinar description:
Presenting negative findings is challenging. You want to be able to present them in a way that will support decision making and not have them contested, dismissed, or negate the entire evaluation or your competency. In this presentation, I will share ten ways to support the delivery of bad news. The tips are based on a review of the communications and evaluation literatures and personal experience. Because the evaluation literature offers very little practical assistance with this, the session will leave time for audience members to share strategies that have worked for them.
