CESBCY Annual General Meeting Invitation to Members
The Executive of the Canadian Evaluation Society, BC/Yukon Chapter, is pleased to
announce that the Annual General Meeting of our chapter will be held on
November 20th, in Vancouver.
Date: November 20, 2015
Time: 4:30 - 5:30 PM
Location: SFU Harbour Center, Vancouver, BC

Minutes of previous minutes will be sent to Chapter members on request.
The bylaws of the Society can be sent by email upon request. Proposed bylaw amendments are attached.
We hope you can attend the AGM, participate in our Chapter’s activities, and meet others interested in evaluation.
Call For Nominations:
This notice is also a call for nominations. The Nomination Committee is being chaired by Brian McGowan email: brianm3@telus.net
The following positions are up for election:
- President
- National Council Representative
- Vice-President
- Members-at-Large
The term of office is two years. Nominations indicating the position being sought must be made in writing and must include a signed declaration by the nominee herself/himself. Nominations must be received by Brian McGowan not less than ten days prior to the date of the AGM. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the AGM so long as the nominee is present.
Although it is an appointed, not elected, position, we are also seeking a candidate to fill the positions of Vancouver Island Coordinator and the Interior Region Coordinator.
Please consider running for office as it will give you a good opportunity to participate in the leadership of our Society. The nomination committee looks forward to hearing from you.
