Nominations indicating the position being sought must be made through this Google Form. Please note that to be eligible, you must have been a CES member for at least 30 days before the election [by November 4, 2025]. If you do not meet this criteria but are interested in a position, please explain in the form.

Board Positions Eligible for Nominations
Nominations are open for the following positions (2026 Board Year commences at the AGM):
1. Executive Positions
Vice-President [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
Secretary [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
National Council Representative [2026, 2027 & 2028 – three year term]
Member at Large – Professional Development & Communication [2026 – interim one year term]
Member at Large – Membership Secretary [2026 & 2027 – two year term] (with plans to repurpose this role to Professional Development & Communication, subject to bylaw amendment approval)
Member at Large – Conference Lead [2026 & 2027 – two year term]
Member at Large– Conference Support [2026 – one year interim term]
2. Coordinator Positions
In addition, there are opportunities for the following appointed positions which can be shared roles:
Lower Mainland Coordinator - 2 positions available (suited to CESBC members who live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia).
Northern Regional Coordinator - 1 position available, currently one coordinator in the role (suited to CESBC members who live in northern British Columbia).
