We will be featuring several BC-based evaluators to share their thoughts on:

• Sector: What does evaluation look like in your sector? What kinds of projects do you work on and what questions do you aim to address? Do people understand evaluation in your sector?

• BC context: What are the typical job opportunities in BCare the job opportunities?

• Practice: How do you work (independent, team)? What types of evaluations do you do most? What approaches/methods do you often use?

• Learning: How did you become an evaluator? What are the training or professional development opportunities for evaluation in BC? What would you tell someone earlier in their career?
